Possible surcharges for extra services

• Additional charge for the Planner generation  by  our technicians according to your requirements  (for the versions MINI or BASIC), we charge 180 € includes VAT (we charge travel costs outside Košice)
• Additional charge for the system generation by our technicians according to your requirements (for the versions Premium or PRO), we charge an individual fee
• Additional charge for other language versions in your Planner is 58,80 € includes VAT
• Additional charge for training (can vary by arrangement) is 42, - € icludes VAT / hour
• Notification SMS are charged by the SMS operator

*  When using the versions MINI and BASIC the Online Support is limited to email communication, for the PREMIUM and PRO versions we offer Hotline service.
